Each bottle of wine is hand selected by Gina Hendrix, 3rd level WSET graduate with merit and 1st level Court of Master Sommeliers. We offer education and training, marketing consulting, and operational assistance for on premise and small retail.

We have over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and beverage industry; from the buyer to the distribution management and importation, to entrepreneurial business experience both in Mexico and the US.
